Terms of Service
IndieCo Information Technology Solutions, Inc. ("IndieCo," "we," "us," or "our") operates an authority architecture and speaker placement platform that connects authors and thought leaders ("Members") with publishers, conference organizers, and media opportunities. IndieCo's membership tiers (Signal through Icon) provide varying levels of access to placement services, positioning support, and industry introductions, as further described in each Member's engagement agreement.
Members engaging IndieCo's services are subject to the terms and conditions set out in their individual Engagement Agreement, which is incorporated here by reference and governs the specific scope, deliverables, and fees applicable to that Member's tier.
Select services, including introductions to third-party publishers, conference organizers, or platforms, may also be subject to the terms of service of those respective third parties. IndieCo is not a party to, and assumes no liability under, any agreement a Member enters into directly with a third party as a result of an introduction or placement facilitated by IndieCo.
By using this site, engaging IndieCo's services, or participating in any placement, membership, or event, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and, where applicable, your Engagement Agreement.
